Sick Policy
Your health and mine are important! If you’re feeling under the weather, please let me know as soon as possible.

Late Arrival
Things get busy! If you’re running 15 minutes late or more, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to ensure every client receives the best care. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you and find a solution that works for the both of us.

Cancellation \ No Shows
Life Happens! Please reach out to me as soon as you know you need to reschedule. I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours for changes. If a cancellation or reschedule occurs within 48 hours a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. For cancellations or no shows within 24 hours, or if you don’t show up a 100% fee will be charged to your card on file.
